be dealt to Steadfast Rebel.
When Steadfast Rebel becomes blocked, you may pay {1}. If you do, stagger target creature blocking it. (Tap that creature and prevent all damage it would deal this turn. If it was already tapped, return it to it's owner's hand instead.)
