may pay {1}. If you do, put a +1/+1 counter on
target creature. Whenever a creature you
control with a +1/+1 counter on it deals
combat damage to a player, you may draw a
card. At the beginning of your upkeep, if you
control three or more artifacts with different
names, you may create a 1/1 colorless Thopter
artifact creature token with flying.
