The wizard conjures a watery elemental to
transport themselves or a comrade swiftly across
the battlefield.

If successfully cast, pick a friendly HERO that
is not a MONSTER and that is within 6" of the
caster and visible to them.
Remove that model from the battlefield, and then
set it up again within 24" of its previous location
and more than 9" from any enemy models.
This counts as the model's move in your
following Movement Phase.
