Steel-sharpened Plow can be attached only to a creature with toughness 4 or greater.
As long as you control an untapped Plains, equipped creature gets +2/+0 and bleedout. (Damage it deals to a creature isn't removed at the
end of each turn.)
In times of war, tools of steel are melted to forge swords. Some tools, however, require no such modification.
