Whenever Stefan, Ambitious Artist, deals combat damage to a player, exile the top card from each players library until you find a nonland card, the rest stay in exile. You may cast any number of cards from exile this way by paying life equal to their mana value.
Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery spell, Stefan deals damage to that player equal to the spell's mana value.
