-3: Toss one coin. If heads, add 3 +1/+1 counters to a creature you control. If tails, add 3 -1/-1 counters to a creature you don't control.
-10: Put X 3/1 red Elemental tokens with trample and haste onto the battlefield, where X equals the number of counters on permanents you control.
