Still Reflections cost {1} less for each creature
your opponents control.
At the beginning of each upkeep tap target
creature your opponent controls. It doesn't
untap during it's controlers next untap step.
If your opponents control 3 or more tapped
creatures, sacrifice Still Reflections. Draw a
card for each tapped creature your opponents
control.
