Stinky Bob (Herb Robert)

Herb Robert is an invasive plant with purple-pink flowers that sometimes have white streaks. This plant has dark purple stems that connect to one core that makes it easy to pull out of the ground. The name "Stinky Bob" refers to the fact that in certain seasons the stem will give off a scent of burning tires when snapped. This plant chokes out native plants to grow more. If you see it in your yard, pull it.
