Stirring at Sea

Stirring at Sea enters the battlefield with ten time counters on it.
Whenever you tap an island for mana, any opponent may have you untap that land. If they
do not, remove a time counter from Stirring at
Sea.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if Stirring at
Sea has no time counters on it, transform it.
