Whenever you cast a spell, put X charge counters
on Stirring Pot, where X is equal to the digits of
that card's collector number added together. (If
the card has no collector number, X is 0 )
Remove 100 charge counters from Stirring Pot:
You may cast a spell from your hand without
paying its mana cost.
