Stock Pyro

Whenever Stock Pyro deals combat damage to a
creature, put an Afterburn counter on that
creature. (A creature with an Afterburn counter
can't have its activated abilities activated. Afterburn
counters are removed from a permanent at the
beginning of its controller's upkeep.)
