Whenever Stoic Shieldmaster blocks a creature,
that creature's controller may pay {1}. If they
don't, untap that creature and remove it from
combat.
Stoic Shieldmaster can't be blocked unless
defending player pays {1} for each creature
blocking it.
His blade is an unstoppable force, his shield an immovable object.
