When S'tol Alterations enters the battlefield,
choose one:
•Players don't have a max hand size
•Creatures don't die of having 0 toughness
•Players don't die of having 0 life. If they were to
be dealt damage while at 0 health, instead put a
poison counter on them

{bull}Players can't gain life
