Stolen Deals

At the beginning of your draw step, you may
choose not to draw. If you do, each opponent
exiles face down a card from their hand.
You may look at those cards and play up to one
among them as long as they remain exiled. It
costs {b}{b}{b} instead of any original cost.
At the beginning of your end step, return the
cards exiled with Stolen Deals you didn't play
to their owner's hand.
