Stone Calendar (Winter)

If it is December, at the beginning of each
player's upkeep they draw a card from the library
of a player higher than them on the leaderboard.
The exchange of ownership is permanent.
If it is January, all lands are snow-covered lands
and all creatures are snow creatures.
If it is February, any player that controls exactly
one creature may cast a creature spell from their
hand without paying the mana cost.
