When Stone of Singularity enters the battlefield
choose an opponent. Until all other opponents
lose the game, or when Stone of Singularity
leaves the battlefield, the chosen player and all
permanents they control phase out.
When Stone Singularity leaves the battlefield you
lose 2 life for each permanent that phases back in.
