Stone of Spell Storing

This stone stores Spells cast into it, holding them until the user releases them.
As an action while wielding this stone, you can release all spells stored in it. The spells use the slot level, spell save DC, spell Attack bonus,
and Spellcasting Ability of the original caster, but is otherwise treated as if you cast the spell. The spells released from the stone are no longer stored.
