Use this no more than once per hour/combat.
You cannot use this if you have used the
Timesplicer during the last 2 turns (in combat)
or minute (out of combat). Choose one:
• You and up to one nearby ally phase until your
next turn, or that ally's next turn.
• A non-boss enemy phases until their next turn.
Phased units are invisible, and cannot move,
take actions, or be the target of abilities/attacks.
