Storage chest

Storage chest enters with X money counters.
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a money
counter on storage chest unless any opponent
pays {2}.
Spells you control cost each counter's name
less to cast. (If there is a {r} and a {u} counter,
spells cost {r}{u} less to cast.)
Remove two money counters: Put a {1},
{r}, {u}, {b}, {r}, or {g} counter on storage chest.
