Stored Riches enters the battlefield with X
counters on it.
{t}{x}, add X counters to Stored Riches.
{t}, add any combination of mana colors equal to
the counters on Stored Riches, then remove all
counters.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if stored riches
has 25 or more counters on it, you win the game.
