Storm is considered to be the first Rainbird to inhabit the Desert of Vast. Considered to be one of the most noble of the Firstbloods, in wasn't until Bringer convinced her to betray the Oath that she fell from grace. Rainbirds believe that they will join her in flying the High Current when they die.
