Apply a +1 To Hit modifier to all missile or
ballistic attacks. Apply -2 Heat per turn
Lightning Strikes: At the end of each turn,
roll 2d6 for each unit in order of weight.
Apply a -1 modifier for 'the heaviest unit
on the table. The first unit to roll a 1 or 2
is struck by lightning, and is hit for 10
damage. After the first unit is struck by
lightning, or all units roll without being
struck, stop rolling.
Active Probes do not function in Storms.
