Storm Seer Lamp

This magical crystal lamp may be used to cast
the Light cantrip as an action.
Once per day, you may spend 1 minute holding
the lamp and mentally focusing on a weather
element (sunny, cloudy, rainy, windy, snowy,
humidity or temperature) and the lamp will
manifest the conditions centered on you with a
10 mile radius for 8 hours. Outdoor conditions
such as rain, snow or sunshine will only be
manifest outdoors. Extreme, and likely fatal
conditions may be moderated by the lamp.
