Whenever a creature attacks, roll a D6. if it lands on X or lower where X is the number of Storm counters on Storm Seige, return all attacking creatures to their owners' hand, then sacrifice storm Seige if there are 10 or more counters on it.
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a storm counter on Storm Seige.
