When Stormbolt Familiar enters the battlefield, target opponent looks at the top of their library until they find a non-land card, then they reveal it. You then reveal the top card of your library until you reveal an Instant or Sorcery. If it's converted mana cost is less then
the opponents revealed card, you may cast it without paying it's mana cost.
