Whenever a player attacks, put a Thump counter on Stormy. When she gets a third
Thump counter on her, destroy target creature. When she gets a sixth Thump counter on her, destroy two target permanents. When she gets a ninth Thump counter, destroy all other permanents.
Pay nine life, remove a Thump counter from Stormy. Any player my play this ability.
