You may cast Stranding Blizzard by paying {2}{w}{u}. If you do, change its text by replacing all instances of "opponent" with "player".
For each opponent, choose a creature, then
return all other creatures that player controls to
their owner's hand. Tap the chosen creature.
That creature doesn't untap during its
controller's next untap step. Until end of turn,
the chosen creature's activated abilities can't be
activated.
