Strangle the Weak

You may target creatures with this spell as if they didn't
have hexproof or ward.

Destroy target creature. If that creature had flying, put a
flying counter on a creature you control. The same
is true for first strike, double strike, deathtouch, haste, hexproof, indestructible, lifelink, menace, reach, trample,
and vigilance.
