Use this Stratagem in any phase, after an enemy CHARACTER unit is destroyed within 3" of any INQUISITION units from your army. Gain D3
CP and subtract 1 from the Leadership characteristic of enemy units until the end of the battle. You can only use this Stratagem once
per battle.
