Whenever a creature card is put into your graveyard from anywhere put a +1/+1 counter on all creatures you control.
When Straw Hat Luffy deals combat damage to an opponent exile the top card of your library until you exile a creature card. Put that card onto the battlefield and the rest at the bottom of your library.
