Strength From Pain

Until end of turn if damage, an ability or a spell
would cause you to lose life, gain that much life
instead, if damage, an ability or a spell would
cause you to gain poison counters, lose that many
poison counters instead and if damage, an ability
or a spell would cause you to mill cards, return
that many cards from your graveyard to the
bottom of your library instead.
