Strength Through Adversity

Whenever combat damage is dealt to a creature
you control, prevent all but 1 of that damage.
At the end of turn, sacrifice Strength Through Adversity. Give all creatures you control that
were damaged in combat this turn +X/+X,
where X is the total amount of combat damage
they dealt and received.
