At the beginning of your draw step and second main phase, draw an additional two cards.
Play with your hand revealed.
At the beginning of your end step, for each card in your hand, randomly select another player. Until the beginning of your next upkeep or until Strewn About leaves the battlefield, those cards are in those players' hands.
