Stuck in the Vents

Tap enchanted creature. It doesn't untap during
it's controller's untap step.
At the beginning of each upkeep, enchanted
creature's controller puts the top two cards of
his library into his graveyard
If enchanted creature dies, put a 4/4 horror
creature token with Menace onto the battlefield.
