If a permanent you control would deal
noncombat damage, it deals that much damage
plus 1 instead.
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell,
Subject 39 deals damage to each opponent equal
to the number of Weirds you control. Create a
1/1 Weird creature token.
At the beginning of each upkeep, flip a coin. If
you lose, destroy all Weird tokens.
