Subjugated Animosity

At the beginning of each opponent's
upkeep, if that player has more cards in
hand than you, you may draw a card.
Creatures an opponent with fewer cards in
hand than you controls are goaded. (Those creatures attack each combat if able and attack
a player other than you if able.)
