If Subsurface Security has 4-6 escalation counters on it, artifact creatures you control have base power and toughness 5/5 and gain vigilance and lifelink.

If Subsurface Security has 7 or more escalation counters on it, artifact creatures you control have base power and toughness 7/7 and gain vigilance, lifelink, trample and reach.
