Subversive Auction House

{t}: Put an auction counter on target permanent. Starting with its owner, each player may bid any
amount of mana. The biddings end when the top
bid stands. Then, the highest bidder gains control
of all permanents with an auction counter on
them. (To bid, a player must pay the corresponding
cost they are choosing for the bidding. That cost must
be higher than the last bid's cost.)
When this permanent leaves the battlefield, all
players gain control of all permanents they own.
