Succession Complications

Starting with the monarch, or you if there is no
monarch, each player may exile a card from their
hand. If a player chooses not to, then they may
not choose to exile any subsequent cards this
way. This process continues until each player has
chosen not to exile a card. Then the player who
exiled the cards with the highest total converted
mana cost becomes the monarch and creates 4
colorless artifact tokens named Gold.
