If you would scry a number of cards, scry
that many cards plus one instead.
Whenever you scry, exile the top card of your
library. If that card is an instant or sorcery, you
may cast that spell until the end of the turn. If
the mana value of the exiled spell is less than or
equal too the number of cards you looked at, you
may cast that spell without paying its mana cost.
