Exile all nonland permanents. For each permanent exiled this way, its controller loses life equal to its converted mana cost. Until end of turn, if a players life total would be reduced to below 1, it is reduced to 1 instead. At the beginning of the next upkeep, return each permanent exiled with Sudden Condemnation to the battlefield under its owners control. At the beginning of the next turn, whenever a permanent or player is dealt damage, each player gains that much life.
