Suffocating Voices

Whenever a creature enters the battlefield its controller may put the top two cards of their library into their graveyard, otherwise put a -1/-1 counter on that creature.
Whenever a creature with a -1/-1 counter attacks, defending player puts the top two cards of their library into their graveyard.
