If a source you control would deal damage to
multiple players and/or permanents, you may
pay {1}{r}{r}. If you do, prevent all damage that
source would deal except to target permanent.
Damage prevented in this way is dealt to that
permanent instead.
{2}{w}, {t}: The next time target creature deals
combat damage to a player this turn, it also deals
that much damage to each other player.
