Start with this card in the challenge zone. At beginning of your upkeep put an age counter on it an roll a dice:
1/2 - Discard a card, then exile your graveyard.
3/4 - Exile the top X cards from your library, being X the number of age counters on Sultai's challenge, put all creatures exiled this way into challenge zone.
4/6 - Sacrifice a nonland permanent you control and each permanent with the same name.
