Countdown 25 (Sun Disc enters with 25 countdown counters. At the beginning of your and your opponent's upkeep, remove a counter.)

When Sun Disc enters, remove X counters where X equals the number of turns taken by you and your opponents.

Remove 9 counters if a creature with the subtype ascended levels up.

When Sun Disc reaches 0 or less counters it is restored.
