Each land is a Mountain in addition to its other
land types. (They produce {r} or mana of their
original basic land types.)
At the beginning of each players upkeep, untap
all green creature, and remove a stun counter
from each permanent.
If a red source would deal damage, it deals that
much damage plus 1 instead.
If a blue source would deal damage, it deals that
much damage minus 1 instead.
