The first time each turn you cast a spell, if
it's not your turn, put a charge counter on Sunsinger Soraya.
At the beginning of your upkeep, remove all charge counters from Soraya and create that many 2/1 red, green and white Dinosaur creature tokens with flying, haste, and hexproof.
