When Supply & Demand enters the battlefield
choose one of the following:
•Supply-Green creatures you control get +1/+1
counters equal to a quarter of the amount of
mana in your mana pool rounded up.
•Demand-all creatures opponents control gain "cumulative upkeep {2}"
