Declare: Choose a COS Hero who hasn't used
an OO this turn to use this ability. Pick a COS unit
wholly within 12" to be the target.

Effect: Each time target uses a Shoot ability this
phase, if all attacks target same enemy, after ability is
used, roll a die. If result is equal or less than models
lost to shooting attacks this phase, apply Strike-Last
for the rest of this turn.
