Supreme Leader

When Supreme Leader enters the battlefield put x lockdown counters on x target creatures your opponents control. Creatures with lockdown counters can't attack or block, and their activated abilities
can't be activated.
When Suprem Leader leaves the battlefield remove all lockdown counters.
